Anas also offer rapid tooling service like low volume production from 100 pieces to 10,000 pieces. The processes are the same to the normal injection tool, but different tool steel will be used depending on tool structure and product material. Usually we offer rapid tooling custom made from P20 or aluminum. Depending on the product structure and mould material, normally we can provide first samples within 15 ~ 30 working days
